A two hour radio show of selections from the Studio 4632 artists.
Wow!! Hard to believe it's been a year since our last blog post!
Studio 4632 has been a veritable hive, especially since the new year began. We have had some great new artists come aboard in the past year: William Hoshal, Wolfgang Gsell, Lutz Thuns, A Dark Object, Jaime Munarriz, Jamuroo, Glenn Sogge, Maximum Movement Theatre, Playman 54, Adeptus Mechanicus, Scott Lawlor, Oystein Jorgensen. With more new ones coming up in the next few months!
If you wish to submit an album to our catalog, please send wav or flac files, track order, cover if you have one (1400 x 1400 px minimum....we can create one for you if not) and a short bio with links if you care to have them added to the album release on Bandcamp. For examples, visit our Bandcamp site. Or our website.
We have also become a very proud partner to Modul 303 Radio out of Berlin! Modul 303 offers great electronic music.... every day, 24 hrs! Modul 303 just Sunday aired a three hour special for Studio 4632 on the Soundgarten show!
If you are an artist seeking radio play, please send your mp3 tracks to: firstname.lastname@example.org
I would like to personally thank all of you who have been so incredibly supportive of this fledgling label! And a very special thank you to my friend Wolfgang Gsell, who has become the quasi resident designer for Studio 4632 album covers, as well as a resident artist, providing Studio with some wonderful music to share! And Cousin Silas, without whose support and encouragement this venture would likely never have launched. And who has also provided us with some wonderful musical goodies!
Wolfgang has endowed Studio with three albums of his excellent collaborative pieces with artist friends!
Music Unites People, Volumes 1 - 3, are available as free downloads on our Bandcamp site.
We have continued on with our Sampler Compilation albums (although, once they started to catch on, it was impossible to do them with the frequency originally intended!). The 2016 Sampler albums were the largest yet! I hope this year to have even more artists on board! We offer one album for ambient genres, and one for more upbeat genres.
If you are interested in being a part of the samplers, please send your wav or flac tracks to: email@example.com
During the past few months, Studio has also undertaken several benefit albums, and created an adjunct BC site to house these albums. We hope to have more benefits in the upcoming year! And if you would like to work with us on a benefit idea, please contact us.
The Studio 4632 Benefit site is here.
With each new blog, we will feature the work of one of our artists. This issue, it is the work of Maximum Movement Theatre, an excellent ambient composer/musician from the UK. Click on each of the images in our header above to be taken to the MMT album for a listen! Enjoy!
So, until next time, I bid you adieu! Take care and stay tuned to our channel at Studio4632.com!
